“I realized I can’t do it alone”

At OCC, we believe education works best in community. You'll learn in your virtual community, your on-campus community, and your personal mentor relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who will teach my class?

Just like in our undergraduate program, Ozark’s master’s program faculty set us apart. You’ll learn from practitioner professors—men and women with hands-on experience in their fields—in a distinctively Christ-centered community.

  • How much is tuition?

Each graduate credit hour at OCC is $490 plus fees.

  • Are there scholarships available for graduate students?

Yes! You can find all of our scholarship information here. And fill out your FAFSA with Ozark's code, 015569.

  • Is OCC accredited?

Yes, Ozark Christian College holds dual accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and with the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).

  • Is the master’s program online?

Yes, the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry can be a fully online, 30-hour degree. Or, choose from three 36-hour concentrations with required on-campus intensives.

In the three 36-hour concentrations, a majority of your coursework will be online.

    · 80% of your coursework is personal study on your own schedule (research, writing, online discussion posts, etc.).

    · 20% of your coursework is community interaction on a pre-arranged schedule (Zoom, in-person intensives, virtual seats, etc.).

Contact [email protected] for more information.

  • What is OCC’s statement of beliefs?

You can view our full statement of beliefs here.

Advanced Standing & Transfer of Credits

  • Current students and applicants who have completed courses at other accredited graduate institutions may receive transfer credit for credit courses that are comparable to offerings in the Master of Arts curriculum.
