Northside Christian Church is a relatively small congregation just north of downtown Kansas City in Gladstone, MO. Our current youth & worship pastor is leaving for a new position in August, after nearly 4 years here. It is a good situation in a very supportive congregation.

Position Description
We are looking for someone who will lead a great team of youth sponsors and a growing worship team. Our youth ministry has grown and we have a healthy number of volunteers. Someone with organizational skills and leadership skills would be a great fit.
