Youth Pastor

The Youth Pastor is selected by the lead pastor and the Elders and shall be called for an unspecified period of service. The student pastor will lead the ministry aimed at middle school and high school students who currently attend Impact and those whom Jesus wants Impact to reach. He is to lead and develop this ministry under the supervision of the lead pastor. He will also serve as part of the Impact Ministry Staff Team to help develop and lead a comprehensive whole church ministry plan. He is expected to contribute to the team spirit of the staff through fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, prayer support, and other appropriate ways as he serves his Lord Jesus Christ and Impact Christian Church.
