We are praying for kingdom-minded leaders who will come alongside us and help build a movement that will impact generations. Multi-Church Youth Ministry in South Jordan One of the most exciting aspects of youth ministry in Utah is the need for collaboration! Right now, we have a multi-church youth group made up of students from three different churches, gathering together for worship, discipleship, and community. With about 15 students, this is a group with huge potential for growth and deep impact.

As part of this ministry, you will:

• Build relationships with students from different churches and backgrounds. Many of these students are the only Christians in their schools, and they need a strong community to encourage them in their faith.
• Develop creative and engaging youth gatherings. Whether it’s through Bible studies, outreach events, or small group discipleship, you will help create a movement where students grow in their faith and bring their friends along.
• Work alongside passionate leaders who believe in reaching the next generation with the gospel. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of youth ministry in Utah by investing in students who will become the next leaders of the church.
• Join the Mission at Cultivate Community Church. Cultivate Community Church in South Jordan is a thriving and welcoming church that is deeply committed to making disciples, equipping leaders, and planting churches.

We believe in living out the gospel in community and engaging with the culture around us in a way that is both faithful to Scripture and relevant to people's lives. As the Youth & Kids Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation.

You will:

• Oversee and develop engaging programs for both Kids Ministry (birth–5th grade) and Youth Ministry (6th–12th grade).
• Train and equip volunteers to invest in children and students.
• Partner with families to help young people grow in their faith.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where kids and teens can encounter Jesus.
• Cultivate is more than just a church—it’s a movement that seeks to transform South Jordan and the surrounding area with the love of Christ.
