Young Adult Minister

Our vibrant church is seeking an individual who will be responsible for reaching out to, caring for, and teaching young adults from ages 15 to 30ish. The focus will be working with the senior minister in the development of young adults into the life and leadership of the church, and the candidate will also be expected to collaborate with the Creative Arts Minister in the teaching and discipleship of the youth. We expect the candidate to have a growing, personal relationship with Christ, and a big heart for young adults. This individual should possess good communication and relationship skills that allow him to connect well with this current generation. It is essential that they be able to work as both a team player and leader and have efficient organizational skills. This is a full-time salaried position.
