Leesburg is beginning our search for the next Worship Minister. Our current worship minister has been with us for nearly 10 years. Now, he plans to pursue an independent music career. He'll be transitioning out over the next few months.

The following are general areas that represent the role we are looking for.

General Expectations:

• Maintain a servant's attitude.
• Maintain a healthy family life.
• Actively Participate in overall LCC Ministry.
• Develop a what else personality.
• Worship

In General, the worship minister is responsible for providing all leadership, vision, and planning for the worship ministry at Leesburg.

• Oversee production of services, which includes all audio, video, projected content, and set/stage design.
• Recruit and train worship team members.
• Plan worship services where people are invited into the presence of God.
• Work with all other LCC ministries regarding worship days/events or music production needs for LCC ministries.
• Tech
• Oversee the recording, editing, uploading, and publishing of all LCC Services and/or special events.
• Oversee all tech needs, improvements, and repairs.
• Manage social channels
• Actively look for creative ways to engage via social media, web, and online presence.
• Create and distribute graphics for sermons, social media content, announcement screens, and printed resources as requested.
• Manage Online presence through social media.
• Maintain and update the website as needed.
• Maintain and update the App as needed.

At Leesburg, we hold general expectations for our members. Those expectations involve discipleship, service, participating in worship services, tithing, community, evangelism, etc. It is expected that every church staff lives up to those exact expectations. After all, we cant lead to places where we are not familiar.
