About the Position
Position Description
Intern will spend 10 weeks learning and working in the following areas:
Music
- From being the band leader to simply observing and evaluating, the intern will be expected to be active in the musical aspect of the Worship Ministry at Ninth Street Christian Church
Tech
- The intern will learn to work with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and our Soundcraft mixer. Will also assist with any other technical issues that arise during their time with us (projectors, TVs, etc.).
Leadership
- In both practical and theoretical ways, we will work on developing and increasing the intern's capacity for leadership.
Theology
- Will filter all of these things through theological lenses because doxology flows from theology.
Each area will have opportunities to work with the supervisor as well as times to work independently. However, evaluation will be consistent throughout the internship in all areas. Cover letter and resume can be sent to [email protected]
