Worship Minister

Rocky Fork Fellowship is currently seeking a Worship Minister. The right leader will be passionate about worship, leadership and shepherding the local church. As the Minister of Worship and the Creative Arts, you will play a pivotal role in leading the church family in corporate and personal worship. You will lead engaging and authentic worship experiences, help to develop volunteer teams, and support the Senior Minister. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and wants to lead worship with joy and intentionality. Serving as the Minister of Worship and the Creative Arts will be a profoundly fulfilling calling that goes beyond simply leading music or organizing services. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Sunday Morning Leadership: Plan and organize worship services in collaboration with the Worship Team. Lead and engage the church family in authentic worship experiences. Use your musical talents to enhance worship experiences. Leadership & Communication: Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form. Recruit, lead and train volunteers while building a culture of purpose and teamwork. Shepherd, disciple and build a strong sense of community within the worship team. Team Collaboration: Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Senior Minister to ensure alignment on vision and values of worship at Rocky Fork Fellowship. Be a constant learner that keeps worship experiences fresh and spiritually enriching. Personal Engagement: Actively participate in the life of Rocky Fork Fellowship, aligning with the churchs statement of faith, mission, vision and strategies. Join and support the Rocky Fork Fellowship staff team and church family. Knowledge of Technology For Volunteer Support Live Service Functions (Sound, ProPresenter, and Lighting) Online Streaming and Recording (Youtube) Video Editing and Resources for Video Creation (Sunday Production, Online Messaging, Announcements, Teaching Material) Team Planning and Communication Tools

What a Strong Candidate would Look Like: An experienced worship leader with a deep passion for worship and spiritual leadership. Exceptional vocal and musical skills, with guitar and/or other instruments. Strong communication skills, both vocally and in written form. Competency with software for creating, editing, and running tracks. A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. A minister at heart, willing to invest time and energy into discipling and equipping others. Engaged member of Rocky Fork Fellowship, or willing to become one.
