Worship Leader/Associate Minister

Prairieland Christian Church (PCC) is a church family of around 75 people that are passionate about knowing Christ and making him known. PCC is an independent restoration movement church with a Bible-grounded theology and elder-led governance. Hartsburg is a city of about 300 located in Central Illinois just outside the town of Lincoln. Prairieland is a regional church of attenders that come from several surrounding communities including Emden, Lincoln, Delavan, and Mason City to name just a few. We believe God has positioned us to impact our region with the good news of Jesus!

Position will oversee the Music Ministry, lead Sunday morning worship at least twice per month, work alongside, train and equip volunteers to lead services, schedule the worship leaders and tech volunteers, oversee the tech team, recruit and train volunteers. Position will also serve on a variety of instruments as needed for other teams, oversee other volunteer worship leaders/teams, encourage spiritual growth and adequate preparation for ministry. Position has full time opportunities but will begin as part time. Open to bi-vocational applicants.
