Chapel Rock Christian Church is seeking a new Worship and Creative Arts Pastor to join our team. The church is on the far west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and is rich in ethnic diversity. The city of Indianapolis offers a wide range of activities, from sports to the arts, museums to nature walks, and universities to restaurants, catering to every taste and interest.Chapel Rock has an approximate weekly engagement of 850, including two live services and our online worship experience. The Worship Pastor will join a team of 16 faithful staff members, including pastors and support staff, and work alongside the church elders to achieve the goal of seeing the community whole in Christ.The Chapel Rock worship team has a rich history of leading the congregation to praise Jesus through engaging worship services each week. The Worship Pastor will lead a talented team of musicians, singers, audio/visual technologists, and live-stream workers to bring life to the weekly worship services. However, Chapel Rock is a disciple-making congregation, so our next Worship Pastor must have proven leadership skills in making disciples through every aspect of the worship ministry.As the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Chapel Rock Christian Church, you'll have the support of the congregation, staff, and leadership who want you to succeed.
