Organization Description
We are a Restoration Movement church founded in 1836. We have experienced significant growth since 2016. Our mission is to "Help People Know God". Our philosophy is that in order to do this we must "Know God's word", Trust His People" and "Do His work". We want to create a desire in our people to embrace and apply these ideas to their lives and share them with others and experience the transformational life in Christ.

About the Position
Position Description
The Student Pastor/Director role is to ensure the student population of the church (6th-12th) are given an environment to come to know God and others more through relational programs and group activities that involve Knowing God's Word (teaching), Trusting His People (Discipleship), and Doing His Work (Serving others). This position includes a 403(b) with 6% match and an Health Reimbursement Account to assist in health coverage.
