We are an independent/non-denominational Christian Church—small by Midwest and megachurch standards, but medium-sized here in the “shrinking aging church” Northeast. We are passionately committed to making lifelong disciples of Jesus who go and impact their personal circles with His light. We are located in a desirable northern suburb of Pittsburgh, PA and aim to be "a church that makes our neighbors glad to have us in their backyard.”

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and driven candidate to work with our 6-12th grade students. Our current student director will be transitioning out by the end of summer, and we are prepared to bring someone onboard early summer for overlap if the situation presents itself. We expect applying candidates to be passionate about being a disciple of Jesus, to have strong communication and listening skills, to work effectively within a team environment, and to have a proven work ethic in any past work experience--ministry or otherwise. We are surrounded by communities teeming with young people--the ideal candidate will have the heart and drive to engage with these adjacent neighborhoods and students. Candidate would work alongside a staff consisting of lead pastor, office manager, children’s director, and worship director. We are eager to build a position around candidate's strengths. This is a full-time role working with a fun, creative and flexible team that enjoys working together!
