About the Position
Position Description
The Student Ministries Pastor will oversee all activities of the church related to Junior High students and High School students at our Highlands Campus in Gravette. This individual will offer vision and strategic planning for the successful growth as a relevant and practical ministry. The Student Ministries Pastor will be able to work with both the students as well as their parents, provide strong leadership, and build strong volunteer teams. Furthermore, this position will bring energy and vitality to the student ministry in order to fulfill New Life Christian Churchs highest calling of effectively leading each student (as well as adults) into a saving & growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
