About the Position
Position Description
Are you passionate about investing in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our 6th–12th grade student ministry. This role is perfect for someone who desires to teach God’s Word, build meaningful relationships, and support students in their everyday lives.
As the student minister, you will:
-Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to students.
-Develop and oversee curriculum and teaching materials.
-Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support the ministry.
-Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for students to grow in their faith.
-Work collaboratively with a team of four staff members and a strong group of active volunteers.
Our church places a high priority on youth ministry, providing significant resources and support to ensure its success.
