Student Minister

Mt. Gilead Church is looking for a youth minister to join our staff team. Located just outside of Indianapolis in Mooresville, our mission is to help people lifelong disciples of Jesus. We are looking for someone that has a passion to help students on their discipleship journey.

Our new Student Minister will join an incredible Family Ministry team, with help coming from the Family Ministry Director, Childrens Minister, and Family Ministry Administrative Assistant. You will not be alone on this journey. We value teamwork and helping each other along the way.

Mt. Gilead is a growing church that has worked hard to cultivate great relationships with our local schools. Our church facilities are new, well-equipped, and there is a large resource budget dedicated to youth ministry. Our adult volunteers are some of the best and they are passionately dedicated to helping students grow into the people God wants them to be.

Mt. Gilead has four vision lanes, and everything we do fits into one of those vision lanes: Discipleship & Belonging, Equipping & Serving, Kids & Students, and Community & Recovery. Kids and students have always been well-cared for by our church and that wont change. We just need the right person to be the champion and example for students in our church and community.
