Student & Family Pastor

Sebastian Christian Church is an independent Christian Church located along Florida's east coast. Our desire is to connect people to Jesus and one another.

Our desire for the Student/Families pastor is to have the heart to equip parents, teens, and children through the local church here at SCC. We want our candidate to feel that they are being called and led by God to serve this area within our church and community. The candidate should have a passion and desire for the spiritual health of the whole family. We desire a faithful ministry that focuses on discipling families by equipping parents and teaching the children/teens in innovative ways. We are looking for someone with a gift for teaching, and who is passionate about building relationships with families within the church and our local community. The candidate will be required to build a team, which includes recruitment, development training, and support of volunteers to help sustain and grow the ministry. In addition, we want our candidate to be prepared to teach and preach when the occasion calls for it.
