Senior/Preaching minister

We are seeking a pastor who is committed to and responsible for spiritual leadership of our church family. A pastor who leads worship services and willing to educate through Gods Holy Word; establishes and communicates a Jesus Christ centered vision for the church. A pastor with a heart for evangelism who will help us to increase ministries and community outreach. Qualifications:  A born again believer in Jesus Christ with beliefs centered on Gods Holy Word.  Holds to the standards required in I Timothy 3:1-12 and Titus 1:6-9  Committed to the spiritual disciplines as outlined in I Peter 5:1-5  Able to administer baptism, the Lords Supper, marriages, funerals, baby dedications, etc. Duties:  Overseeing and mentoring leadership within the church family  Representing our church in community outreach activities and charitable events  Organizing weekly services and delivering Biblically based messages.  Able to communicate with members of the congregation and provide spiritual guidance, including pastoral care for nursing home residents.
