Senior Minister

Monterey Church of Christ seeking is a full time minister. The position requires a graduate from a Restoration movement school, college or university. The emphasis on pulpit preaching and teaching as well as possessing leadership skills. An immersed believer; having expressed their faith in the Triune God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The ideal candidate should possess some ministerial experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in communicating accurate interpretations of the Bible with high morals and a deep commitment to the ministry. We are a restoration movement New Testament congregation with 4 elders ranging in age from 50-78 years of age. We would consider a first time minister or a middle age minister with a family. We have a parsonage available very near the church facilities. The church has very nice facilities consisting of a main sanctuary with an office, a connecting children's wing and a recreational gym with a kitchen. We have high tech sound system and internet usage. The community has an excellent school system from Pre-K to grade 12.
