About the Position
Position Description
The pastor is to preach, disciple and evangelize from the Bible. He is to lead in the sacraments, and counsel those in need. He is to be a champion of the church's mission statement and vision.
Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Leading the church in Sunday morning and evening services
- Wednesday evening activities
- Teaching of religious classes
- Participation in Ministerial Alliance and/or other community organizations
- Preside over baptisms, weddings and funerals;
- Participate in church camp
- Hospital and community visitations.
