About the Organization
Organization Description
MCC currently has an attendance of 35 to 45. As experienced in many churches the Covid-19 era drastically reduced numbers and current socio-cultural norms have brought attendance to our current level. Our congregation consists of mostly retired and those who are nearing retirement aged people who no longer have children at home or in the congregation. We currently have a few children and pre-teens who attend occasionally and a part time youth director. Carlinville is the home of Blackburn College and the county seat. Challenges! We have plenty but want to grow!

About the Position
Position Description
Minister and church are assisted by a team of elders and deacons. Ministry teams include outreach, praise, missions and fellowship. Minister are church are supported by church secretary, treasurer, youth director and custodian. Church has annual budget of $110.00. Compensation is negotiable and contingent on interview.
