About the Position
Position Description
The Pastor of Students and Families will lead our Junior High, Senior High, and College Age
ministries, as well as partner with parents and families to support them in their discipleship journey.
They will serve as the primary communicator for all weekend services and midweek ministry events
for our students. They will also passionately pursue students that are unreached and furthest away
from God. They will lead and develop strategic programming aimed at: making a significant impact on
local schools, engaging with new and younger families, and equipping families for spiritual growth.
Their goal will be to help families grow closer to Christ and nurture their children's faith development,
and help students become involved and invested in the ministries of LaFontaine Christian Church.
