Pastor of Student Ministry

BCC is a church in the greater Dayton area committed to living out the love of God. In this we are not unique; our mission is similar to every church who follows Jesus: We exist to live out the good news of Jesus by loving God, one another, and the cities we call home. We do this by attacking isolation, making disciples, empowering calling in the life of everyone who follows Jesus, pursuing movement in all areas, and in all this, we choose to walk in a spirit of humility. The Student Pastor is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordinating, and implementation of ministry for 5th-12th grade students. A ministry possessing a balanced focus on outreach to students in the community, in-reach to existing students and an intentional partnership with families. Creating safe, excellent and effective experiences centered around biblical truth, that encourages students to take a next step.
