Position Description
At Sky Ranch Cave Springs, our mission is to lead youth and families to know and follow Christ. We exist to provide churches and organizations with a place where they can care for and invest in their people—while we care for and invest in them. As part of our operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to run exciting activities, lead unforgettable night events, and help maintain the beauty and functionality of the camp. All the while, you’ll be surrounded by a Christ-centered community, growing deeper in your faith and walking alongside others who are doing the same.
