New London Christian Church is a non-denominational Christian Church and is currently searching for a Next-Gen/Youth pastor who will oversee the student ministry which includes grades 6-12. NLCCs Next-Gen ministry has always been a priority and this ministry is alive and well with an established youth team ready to partner with you! Position Description
Next-Gen/Youth pastor will oversee the student ministry which includes grades 6-12. This will include working with and encouraging our youth leader team, weekly meetings, overseeing our youth small groups/discipleship etc.
