Next-Gen Pastor

One Church is a non-denominational new church plant in Northeast Oklahoma. Our mission is to know Jesus and to make Him known. We are contemporary and innovative in our dynamic strategy to reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ.

One Church is looking for someone to dream big with our creative staff, as we move at the speed of ministry to reach our community for Jesus. This position will involve giving visionary leadership to our kids and youth ministries by empowering our kids coaches and youth coaches and developing those two teams. To plan and implement life-changing Bible-study and worship opportunities and events that will engage students and teens as they follow Jesus. And, to encourage and inspire young families  as they disciple their children. This is a paid, part-time position that will grow as our church grows. Compensation will be based on the experience and skill set of the ideal candidate. Our new staff member should have a strong sense of calling in this area, as well as experience recruiting and leading high-functioning volunteers. They should also possess a strong desire to support and learn from a well-experienced staff of pastors.
