Position Description
Eastside is a vibrant and growing church located in the southern Indiana/Louisville area, with an average weekend attendance of 2,100. We are seeking a dynamic Middle School and Families Pastor to lead our middle school ministry, which serves approximately 100 students each weekend, supported by a dedicated team of 30 volunteers.The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong public speaking abilities, demonstrate effective volunteer recruitment skills, be a proficient event planner, and have a deep passion for reaching the next generation for Christ.
