Organization Description
Real Life Church is entering its 50th year of operation. We are a non-denominational church in affiliation with the General Baptist Association. As a church, we aim to help people find real life in Christ.
The worship position is one of 5 pastoral staff positions we currently have with plans of expanding to a 6th one this year. As a staff and church, we love deep conversations with the occasional nonsensical rabbit trail every once and a while.

This is a full-time position. The role of the Worship Pastor is to provide pastoral leadership by overseeing and coordinating all the details required for meaningful corporate worship in music and song in support of the Lead Pastor's vision for the service.
