About the Position
Position Description
The Childrens Director will oversee all activities of the church related to children (birth through 6th grade). This individual will offer vision and strategic planning for the successful growth as a relevant and practical ministry. The Childrens Director will be able to work with both children, as well as their parents & adult leaders, provide strong leadership, and build strong volunteer teams. Furthermore, this position will bring energy and vitality to the Childrens ministry in order to fulfill New Life Christian Churchs highest calling of effectively leading each child (as well as adults) into a saving & growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
