About the Position
Position Description
As our Discipleship Pastor, Youll oversee and equip our small groups program (we currently have 30 small groups). You will help create and lead discipleship programs, mentor leaders, and develop content that speaks to every generation. This is your chance to innovate and make sure everyone feels connected and inspired.Were looking for a passionate, creative, and relational leader whos committed to the Great Commission. If you love discipleship, have strong management skills, and want to help others grow in their faith, wed love to have you on our team.
