Central Christian Church is located in Ocala, Florida. Ocala is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the United States which means there are amazing opportunities to minister to many. Nestled in the center of the state, Ocala offers a tremendous amount of fun and leisure activities. From the beach, to the natural springs, to Disney, you can be there with a short drive. At Central, our mission is to get those far from Jesus close to Jesus, those close to Jesus to believe in Jesus, those who believe in Jesus to follow Jesus and those who follow Jesus to reach those far from Jesus. Central has experienced healthy growth. Over the past 16 months, attendance has grown 50%. We are seeing numeric growth, matched with spiritual growth as our Small Group Ministry welcomed over 220 people into new groups, seen Mens and Womens Discipleship Groups set record attendances and watched as many have given their lives to Christ. There is a joy and excitement that is continually building as Central works to fulfill its purpose to be like Jesus so every person will believe in Jesus, become like Jesus, belong to Jesus and bless others in the name of Jesus. The ministry team is growing at Central. We currently have 10 staff members, 6 full-time and 4 part-time, who help to push the vision, mission and purpose of Central forward. Full-time employees are compensated appropriately for their skills and work. All full-time employees are offered health and life insurance with the option of adding spouse and family on as well.Is Central perfect? Absolutely not. We are a local church looking to do all we can to see to it that more and more come to know Jesus the way we know Him. Jesus is why we do what we do and we are praying for Gods wisdom and discernment to lead our next steps in the continued growth of the Kingdom.

This position is responsible for overseeing the engagement of Assimilation & Disciple-Making at Central Christian Church. Ensure that attenders and members are assimilated into Christ-centered communities for relationships, prayer, learning, outreach, service and multiplication. Align small groups and engage with the overall vision, values and strategy of Central Christian Church.
