Director

The Children’s Director will design, coordinate, and lead a comprehensive children’s ministry program to build young disciples for Christ. This ministry should create a nurturing environment for spiritual growth, equip children for a lifelong relationship with Christ, and inspire them to actively engage in the church community. This role is integral to the church’s mission of fostering a Christ-centered community. The Children’s Director will model an authentic Christian life and provide spiritual direction to children, families, and volunteers. The senior minister and elders will provide a semi-annual evaluation.
