Campus Minister

Crossroads is a growing Christian church in Northeast Missouri. We believe that Jesus is the hope of this world and as His church, we should be the most hopeful people on the planet. Our goal as a church is to "Connect People to Jesus and Love our Community!" We want every person, no matter who they are or where they came from, to discover their value in Jesus and learn to follow him. We have seen God do some fantastic and exciting things, but we know He's not done yet. We know that the best is yet to come. God doesn't want to only change our community here in Macon. He wants to continue to change us and the counties surrounding us! We want to love and serve Northeast Missouri in exciting and courageous ways. We're not perfect. We are people who have made mistakes and have been rescued by Jesus. We have been set free from the mess of our past and are called to live as the hope of the world.

We are searching for the right person to serve as the Campus Pastor at a new Crossroads campus in Brookfield, MO. The primary role of the Campus Pastor is to be the spiritual and directional point person for the Brookfield campus. The Campus Pastor will ensure that the beliefs, vision, and values of Crossroads are the guide for all ministries. They will be the champion of an exciting and welcoming campus that creates a healthy and unified church culture to impact the community.
