About the Position
Position Description
Beloit First Christian Church is seeking the man of Gods calling as our full-time Associate Pastor of Youth and Adult Discipleship. We are looking for someone who loves God and people and is able to connect with, students (grades 7 12), parents, and other adults to make and grow disciples for Jesus Christ.The Associate Pastor of Youth & Adult Discipleship is a full-time salaried ministry position at Beloit First Christian Church (BFCC) for a man who is a maturing and loving disciple of Jesus Christ with a heart to make and grow disciples of students (grades 7 12) and adults of all ages through leadership and direct involvement in BFCCs Youth and Adult Ministries, and under the supervision and direction of the Senior Pastor.
