Associate Pastor of Worship and Youth

Christ's Church of Marion County (Christ's Church Ocala) is located in Ocala, Florida. Ocala is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the United States! Our church location is on the SW side of the city which is where the fastest growth is taking place, so there are all kinds of amazing opportunities to reach people for Jesus. Ocala itself is in the center of the state, which is close to a variety of all kinds of fun activities like going to the beach, or visiting one of the many natural springs or going to Disney. At CCO, our mission is to help people find and follow Jesus. Over the past 2 years, CCO has grown significantly from 150 to over 300 and we are not anywhere close to stopping! We currently have two full-time staff: a lead pastor and an office administrator. We also have two part-time staff: a children's director and a senior adult pastor who specializes in senior adult pastoral care. What we need is another full-time associate pastor who specializes in worship / student ministry. Full-time employees are compensated appropriately for their skills and work. All full-time employees are offered health and life insurance with the option of adding spouse and family on as well. We are eagerly and prayerfully looking for another pastor to help make our team stronger as we seek to help people find and follow Jesus!
