Associate Minister of Youth and Families

Lexington Church of Christ (LCC) in Lexington, OH is currently seeking a new Associate Minister for its Youth and Family ministries! Lexington is a small town just outside of Mansfield, Ohio. LCC is ideally located near the local middle and high schools, both of which are across the street! LCC is a loving, Christ-focused, instrumental, Restoration church that is warm and inviting with a track-record of long-term ministers, both Senior and Associate. The Associate Minister will oversee the planning and development of grades K-12, with the primary focus of Middle School and High School ages. We're looking for someone hard-working, personable, and ready to engage students both here at the church and take advantage of our close proximity to the school and engage with students there. We're looking for someone ready to do things outside of the box and capable of leading and developing volunteers to help the ministry move forward. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, willing to try new things, but is also team-minded with ministry staff and leadership. We are excited to see who God has in store for us!
