FCCM is a growing church with a passion to serve and put Jesus first. FCCM has a commitment to reach our community and make disciples. FCCM reaches out to nine different school districts. One of goals is to be a church for all age groups. First Christian Church of Malvern strives to continue to be a growing, transforming community of authentic followers of Christ. We want to present Jesus to our community, so they will believe in Him, belong to Him, and become more like Him.

About the Position
Position Description
ASSOCIATE PASTOR: To work side by side with Lead Minster. To lead the areas of Adult Education, Outreach, Discipleship.
OUTREACH: Services for the community, developing new outreach opportunities, utilizing members' skill sets (survey data), focusing on reaching neighborhoods.
ADULT EDUCATION: Sunday School, Sunday evening, Wednesday morning, New Christian Growth class. (teacher recruitment, teacher rotation, training, curriculum)
DISCIPLESHIP: Small groups, Men/Women fellowship, connections (pairs/quads/families) Believe, Belong, Become: (Assimilation to FCCM baptism, membership, continued education, service)
CARE: Marriage Enrichment: Parenting Empowerment, Premarital Program, Recovery Ministries (Grief Share, Divorce Care, Celebrate Recovery) Stephen Ministry, a program for volunteers making hospital calls/shut-ins, home recovery (short-term, long-term care), and outside referrals to counseling. Weddings/Funerals
