Worship Pastor

North Liberty Christian Church is 10 miles southwest of South Bend, Indiana. NLCC exists to lead every generation to Jesus through the fearless proclamation of the gospel and pursuing community, so that lives are transformed by the Spirit of God, for the glory of God, throughout Michiana and the world.

NLCC is seeking a passionate, spiritually grounded, and musically gifted Worship Pastor to lead our congregation in Christ-centered, engaging worship experiences. This individual will provide spiritual leadership to the worship ministry, develop volunteers, and partner with church leadership to cultivate a culture of worship that honors God and builds the body of Christ.The Worship Pastor is both a shepherd and a musician, called to disciple people and to create environments where the church encounters God through worship.
