About the Position
Position Description
Salary range is negotiable ($40,000+)
Worship Responsibilities:
- Build, organize, and sustain a scalable worship ministry.
- Recruit, develop, and deploy volunteer teams.
- Plan and execute weekly worship services with consistency and preparation.
- Build teams that reflect the diversity of the body.
- Lead worship that invites participation.
- Invest in the spiritual growth of worship team members.
- Develop people in both character and gifting.
- Familiarity with Planning Center Services.
- Comfortable using multitracks, clicks, cues, and related technology.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 5+ years of worship leading experience
- Experience developing teams
- Experience leading multi-generational congregations
