About the Position
Position Description
TLCC is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered individual to serve as our Worship Arts / IT Resident. Our desire is for the position to become a part-time or full-time salaried position in the future if it is the right fit. This residency is designed for someone who feels called to ministry and wants to grow in both creative worship leadership and technical excellence. You will partner directly with the Executive Minister to support and expand our weekend services, creative media, and technology infrastructure.
The role blends worship planning/leadership with A/V, lighting, video production, and IT support. Responsibilities will be tailored to your unique gifts and experience—whether your strength is leading worship from the platform, designing creative elements, troubleshooting live production, or managing church technology systems. This is a hands-on training position that includes mentorship, skill development, and the opportunity to take ownership of key areas as you grow.
