Volunteer Executive Director

We are seeking a ministry oriented individual who is passionate about helping people in need by guiding them into a Christ relational centered program of stabilizing their life into a thriving lifestyle. This ministry opportunity involves a 2 to 3 year stabilization program that includes transitional housing These are people who have had various life struggles such as homelessness, alcohol or drug addictions, domestic violence, financial instability etc. See Gods Resort Joplin and Anchorage websites for a deeper insight. Your job description would include working with the Board to build and create this foundational program. You would be responsible for resident Care Coordination, Organizational promotion, fund raising, staff hiring and oversight and volunteer recruitment. This is a volunteer position that can quickly become a paid position based upon performance.
