Student Ministry Director

Pathway Church is founded upon the premise that God is at work in the world around us seeking to save and restore people. He has called those of us who have been saved to participate in His mission by helping others come to know Christ. We exist to GO after lost people, GROW people as followers of Jesus, and GUIDE people into God's purpose for their lives, with the desire to see every person we possibly can enter into an authentic, growing, and purpose-filled relationship with Jesus.

The Director of Student Ministries is a full-time position responsible for leading the church's ministry to middle school and high school students while also overseeing the day-to-day care, maintenance, and cleanliness of the church facilities. This individual will disciple students, develop volunteer leaders, partner with parents, and help ensure the church campus is welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for ministry throughout the week. This position works closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry leaders to accomplish the mission and vision of Pathway Church.
