This role combines ministry vision, teaching, pastoral care, volunteer development, event leadership, and administration. The ideal candidate will build meaningful relationships with young people and their families while equipping leaders to create safe, warm, and engaging environments for spiritual and relational growth.

About the Position
Position Description
The Family Ministry Director provides leadership and oversight for all children’s and student ministry environments. Working collaboratively with church staff, elders, parents, and volunteers, this person will develop cohesive ministry strategies, select effective curriculum, lead teams, manage resources, and support families in the church and community.
