Student Minister

We’re looking for a Student Minister who has a burning passion for unreached students and the ability to create environments and programming to help them become fully committed disciples of Jesus. We’re searching for a leader who relates well to a rapidly changing youth culture and has the ability to recruit, equip, and deploy other adult leaders who share that passion for outreach and discipleship in students.  We envision a candidate who partners with parents in raising a generation of committed Christ followers.  A successful candidate should have a college degree from a Christian college, an above reproach lifestyle, and a hyper commitment to God’s Word in all matters of faith and practice.

In order to help you create an aggressive disciple making ministry, you’ll be part of an elder protected, staff-led leadership model that encourages innovation and smart risk taking.  You’ll also have the support and partnership of an experienced staff team. Large church experience is preferred in a multiple-staff environment. However, we are willing to develop the right candidate to grow with us! In addition, the student ministry facility is top-notch and offers programming flexibility with an array of first-rate technology and equipment.

Compensation is highly competitive with benefits and commensurate with experience.
