About the Position
Position Description
Lifespring Community Church is looking for a full time staff pastor. The pastor will collaborate with two other staff pastors as an elder-led church model. Responsibilities include sharing a majority of Sunday morning messages and a daily presence on site at church, and may or may not also include additional teaching through classes, directing of small groups, and directing of youth group. Lifespring is a small, Bible-based, non-denominational church. The applicant should desire to spread the message of Jesus Christ in unique ways, through the direction of the Holy Spirit. Lifespring is socially aware but not political.Total compensation $52,000-60,000, commensurate with experience.
