Senior Pastor

We are a small, gospel-centered church in rural eastern Colorado with a deep commitment to the authority of Scripture, faithful biblical preaching, and making disciples. Our church family values authentic relationships, serving one another, and reaching our community with the hope of Jesus Christ.Our current minister is transitioning after four fruitful years of ministry to plant a new church. We celebrate his calling and are grateful for the healthy foundation he leaves behind. This is a positive and well-planned transition, and our congregation is united as we seek the Lord's guidance in calling our next minister.We are prayerfully seeking a pastor who loves Christ, faithfully preaches God's Word, shepherds people with humility, and desires to serve in a close-knit rural community. We believe God has exciting opportunities ahead and are looking for a leader who will build on the strong foundation already in place while helping us continue to grow in our mission to make disciples and glorify God.

We are seeking a godly, servant-hearted Senior Minister who is passionate about faithfully preaching and teaching God's Word, shepherding the congregation, and equipping believers to make disciples. The ideal candidate will meet the biblical qualifications for church leadership outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, possess strong biblical teaching abilities, and demonstrate humility, integrity, and a heart for pastoral ministry. He will work alongside the elders to provide spiritual leadership, care for the congregation, encourage evangelism and discipleship, and help lead our church in fulfilling the Great Commission. We are looking for a pastor who values authentic relationships, loves serving people in a rural community, and desires to faithfully lead our church as we continue to grow in our mission of glorifying God and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.
