Position Description
The Senior Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader, teacher and overseer of the congregation. This role carries the responsibility of casting a compelling vision, delivering theogically sound and engaging sermons, and sheparding the church body. The ideal candidate is an intentional disicplemaker who will equip believers for the work of ministry and foster a grace-filled team culture.
