Hales Chapel Road, Gray, Tennessee 37615 is searching for a Senior Minister effective February 1, 2026. The candidate must have a degree from a school of Divinity, or nearing completion, and he will be responsible to the Elders of the church in all areas of evangelism, administrative, missions, and education. Candidates will be interviewed by the Elders and he will attend monthly meetings held by the Elders. Compensation will be based upon education, experience, competitive scale and others criteria. The church is 138 years old and growing in a fast developing community in Northeast Tennessee. A rent-free parsonage is available on the campus of HCCC and candidate can access our website at www.haleschapelchristianchurch.org to view our programs, plans and purpose.
