About the Position
Position Description
The One Church Residency is an immersive leadership program designed for young adults in their 20s who have a heart for the unchurched and a desire to grow in ministry leadership. We offer both an 11-month Year Residency and a 10–12 week Seasonal Residency.
What Residents
- Experience: Hands-on Ministry: Residents gain practical, real-world experience in specific pathways, including Students, Children, Worship, Production, Communications, Church Planting, or Preaching.
- Mentorship: Ongoing coaching from experienced ministry leaders.
- Support: We provide housing (with all utilities covered) and a weekly stipend to allow residents to focus fully on their calling and development.
Ideal Candidate: A passionate, teachable leader looking to develop their spiritual and professional skills within a dynamic, multi-site environment while learning to lead and serve others.
