Overview: Eagle Sky is a non-denominational camp. The R.D. ‘s will help summer staff navigate being introduced to living away from home and in a community environment with others from different Christian denominations. R.D. ‘s guide the dorm room life while engaging staff as they learn social skills needed for independent living away from home. Each R.D. will also have a part-time job here at Eagle Sky. These jobs will include serving in one of the various departments of the camp. 
Qualifications: A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests. A willingness to listen and work alongside the summer staff as they transition into a summer of ministry here at Eagle Sky. Has experience working with others in a leadership role and serving as a leader in prayer and Bible study. Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed. 
Responsibilities: Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord. Ensure all staff are healthy and safely back in the dorms. Guide summer staff in prayer and Bible Study. Plan summer staff socials and spontaneous conversations to encourage them in their work and ministry at Eagle Sky. Must be able to work alongside summer staff as they process first-time homesickness and encourage them as they serve here at Eagle Sky. 
Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
