About the Position
Position Description
The Production & Worship Residency is a paid, one-year ministry development opportunity designed for emerging leaders who feel called to production and worship, and local church ministry. This residency combines hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, coaching, and mentorship within a growing multi-campus church.Working alongside the Director of Arts and ministry staff, the Resident will gain practical experience in, production systems, worship leadership, volunteer development, service planning, and church-wide ministry. This is more than an internship, it is an opportunity to develop ministry skills, grow as a leader, and gain meaningful experience in a full-time ministry environment.
